Emma Nowakowski, a UK native, has enjoyed an extensive and dynamic career spanning over three decades in the beauty industry. With a strong foundation as a dual-licensed skin and massage professional, Emma dedicated the first 12 years of her career to hands-on treatments, offering
her expertise both on land and at sea. During this time, she also owned and operated her own spa while simultaneously teaching and assessing undergraduate beauty therapy curricula.

In 2006, Emma ventured across the Atlantic on a working visa to join the renowned International Dermal Institute. Over the past 19 years, she has solidified her status as an influential figure in beauty education. Prior to joining Bioelements, Emma led global educational initiatives at NuFACE, where she developed training programs, managed product and device excellence, and created influential educational content.

Emma brings her years of experience and passion in education facilitation and engaging content creation into her role as Education Curriculum Manager for Bioelements.

Lauren Cole

Director of Professional Channel Development

Lauren Cole is a strategic growth leader in the professional skincare and aesthetics industry with over a decade of experience helping practices build the systems behind sustainable growth. She's partnered with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and day spas nationwide—building the sales programs, CRM integrations, and education and certification platforms that strengthen expertise and client loyalty. Lauren is known for translating big-picture strategy into practical systems that high-performing teams can actually execute.

Beth Bialko

Senior Director of Education

Beth Bialko is the Senior Director of Education at Bioelements, where she oversees global educational initiatives, curriculum development, professional training, and strategic planning. With more than 26 years in the skincare industry, she has contributed to the advancement of professional treatments and the development of industry-recognized certification programs. Beth also leads Bioelements’ multi-channel education approach, delivering training through livestream, in-person, and online platforms to support skincare professionals worldwide.
